8K a year 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago GENERAL DEFINITION AND CONDITIONS OF WORK Performs non-mechanic maintenance & detail work on motor coaches in designated work area ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TYPICAL TASKS Sweeps, vacuums, mops, interior of motor coach using industrial vacuum cleaners and scrubbing machines May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, seats and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions Washes exterior walls and windows of motor coach Moves motor coaches in and out of cleaning bay Determines & maintains levels of windshield fluid, fuel, oil, water, antifreeze, & tire pressure Lavatory Servicing Clean wash bay working area when needed Other duties as requested by Supervisor KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Must have valid Driver's License & confident driving skills for moving coaches safely in & out of garage for detailing Must have the ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively among people Demonstrates proper cleaning and floor care techniques Demonstrates proper use of chemicals and equipment Demonstrates proper use of safety practices in all procedures EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or GED PHYSICAL DEMANDS/REQUIREMENTS Duties performed in a shop environment.
Physical activities are required, such as but not limited to reaching, bending, stooping, twisting and lifting up to approximately 50 pounds, and occasional lifting of equipment weighing up to approximately 20 pounds may be required.
EVALUATION The Operations Manager will evaluate performance on the ability and effectiveness in carrying out the above responsibilities.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
