- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the store - Manage and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation - Price and label merchandise accurately - Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store - Assist with cash handling and register operations - Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction - Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates Requirements:
