Dryer Operator - Nights

Starting pay ranges from $23 - $25, with a 15% shift premium on top of that! We are also offering a sign on bonus of $2,500! The schedule is a 2-2-3 shift running from 6pm to 6am.
Scope of the role:
Demonstrate the ability to fully operate and clean all dryers and associated production equipment.
Works with supervision to monitor the operation of the production equipment.
Manufacturing responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Stork Dryer System Operate the Dryer and Evaporator, and Associated Equipment CIP the Dryer and Evaporator Clean all Associated Equipment and Lines Trouble Shoots Problems Performs In-Process Testing on Product Marriott Walker Dryer System Operates the Dryer and Evaporator, and Associated Equipment CIP the Dryer and Evaporator Clean all Associated Lines and Equipment Trouble Shoots Problems Performs In-Process Testing on Product Agglomerator System Operates the Agglomerator and Associated Equipment Clean all Associated Lines and Equipment Trouble Shoots Problems Performs In-Process Testing on Product Other Duties As Assigned Area Cleaning Dryer Floor Assistance Other duties as assigned
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED Ability to read written directions and to achieve a level of understanding of the words so as to allow the operator to fully understand the requirements of each area of his/her responsibilities.
Ability to communicate in writing to clearly complete all required documentation and to adequately inform other operators and supervision.
A successful operator is able to enter basic information into the computer terminals utilizing a keyboard or mouse or a combination of the two devices.
Ability to operate the dryer floor equipment utilizing a computer and possess the ability to interpret the ongoing status of the equipment's operational status.
Physical Requirements Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, reach, lift 55 lbs on a regular basis.
Climb ladders/stairs in an extremely hot environment.
